FITNESS ASSESSMENTThis fitness assessment is designed to see where you are starting at in order to build a training plan and make necessary modifications. Make sure you have enough room to do various bodyweight exercises such as lunges, planks, squats, and push-ups. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in.
